In need of help immediately, have only a few days to stop foreclosure on my 88 year old dad's place. My daughter and her 6 year old and 2 1/2 year old live there with him. My daughter and her husband financed the house to pay off bills, then he decided when she was 7 1/2 months pregnant with the 2 1/2 year old that he didn't want to be married any more. My husband and I have used most of his 401K to keep it this long, but I was hurt and unable to work for over a year, so every thing got behind. If we lose the house and place my Father has had since 1963, I may as well get ready to bury him, as he is not in good health, So again, I've never done this before, but I am begging now.
