Moving Overseas and Need Help!
Hello all. I am being relocated to Japan in October and need to pay off all debts before we leave. The reason we need to be debt free is that my husband will lose his job here in the states and we will be down to one income. As you all know it is tough raising 2 teenagers and a 9 year old child on one income. You see I want my husband to be a stay-at-home dad. He is borderline hypertension and is taking medication for anxiety disorder. Plus, our youngest child is autistic and has always been more attached to me, since I am the primary care giver to him, than his dad. If my husband stays home he will become the primary care giver and their bond will become stronger. Our son will be 10 soon and he needs his father now more than his mother.
I have figured to become debt free, we would need $27,000. After we become debt free, I will close this account.
