I am desperately seeking someone to help me. I have been looking for someone to loan me money to pay off my bills. I have a secure job and a second job, I just need a second chance!!! I have been looking for someone to lend $40K at 15% for 5 years. I could pay all my bills, and have money left over every month. I can provide pay stubs. I have lived in the same place for over 30 years, I am not out to scam anyone. I want to meet my obligations and not try to get out of anything.
