Last Thursday May 6th, 2010 my husband lost his job. On the same day we received notice from our Banker's Attorneys that our home will be sold at the Sheriff Sale on June 24th, 2010.
The Senior Asset Manager brought our loan modification request the bank’s committee and they said that they would not even look at a possible agreement until they receive $6,000. If they don’t receive this $6,000 they will NOT stop the Sheriff Sale of our home.
We have no savings. Our 9 year old son has Asperger's and Asthma. My husband has Gout, High Cholestrol, and Arthritis. I have Diabetes, Depression, High Blood Pressure, IBD, Arthritis and Pulmonary Hypertension. This stress is not good for our present health conditions. Our insurance ends on May 31st, 2010 and we can't afford the COBRA premium.
