Started a small construction company 3 years ago with a partner. Things started out good, we decided to flip houses then the bottom dropped in the real estate market. We were fortunate enough to continue getting renovation projects but never made enough to catch up to our losses from flipping. We are now tapped out, can't get anymore financing and are in debt over $225,000.00 with no way to pay. My partner, his wife and kids, are filing bankruptcy but will lose everything including their house. I will have to file as well unless a Good Samaritan, Investor, or a kind Soul steps up at the last minute. I am desperate, tried every avenue. I can't let my Partner and his family lose everything! I can't lose everything. Please help. We are good people who ran into some bad luck, bad people, and bad state of economy for small businesses. Willing to work off whatever I am given; willing to pay back any loan; whatever is necessary. Please help us get a new start and hold on to what little we have now. We are very scared and desperate; don't know were else to turn.
