I can't believe its come to this !! I don't know what else to do. I am struggling to make ends meet everyday. Two years ago my dad passed away and I promised him I would take care of my mom. Even though I went to the Fire Academy and found a career I love very very much, I can't get a job as a firefighter because the state I live in "California", is broke and I haven't been able to get on with any station for 2 years. Now that another season has arrived I am still unemployed and having a very difficult time finding a job. My mom is having her own financial issues and I really really need to get a job so I can help HER with the bills instead of the other way around. I have everyone including my two beautiful girls counting on me to help out financially and I have never felt so low as I do right now having to beg for help online. I am a very responsible hard working individual who is just looking for that break that will help me out financially in the short term so that I can take the steps necessary to find a career in either firefighting, like I want, or anything else that will help pay the bills and pay back the money I have borrowed from my mom so that she can live comfortably and I can take care of her like I promised my dad I would. If you can help I will forever remember your generosity and do my best to pay you back when I get back on my feet. Thank you very very much.
