Don't quite know how to ask but here it goes........
I will start by stating I usually critical of some for having too much to say, well I am now understanding them right now.
Have found myself losing my focus to do my part which is all the finaces & related for household & have run a small homebased bussiness for 13 years - partly out of my home so I have time during the day to help with kidos. I have some bussiness even now but market has slowed still.
The house itself means nothing - but the effect of what it provides for the 5 living here does.
We have only lived in 2 houses since our marriage in 82 - first was a 1200 SQ FT. Current is 2500 SQ FT. I have always beleived it to be easier on children to be in the same living location as long as possible. We also had foster boys living with us until we moved in 2001.
Well we are in the same situation with our grandbabys - The girl & here mom (our oldest) currently live with us. Both are 2 yrs. - The boy (a different daughters child) is our responsability at this time & maybe perminantly.
My grandson has a steal trap for a mind - he coulds on certain things happening thoughout his day, moving would be devastating to him. - the girl it wouldnt bother as much.
Help in any of three areas is my reason for writing this letter :
# 1 - as of Aug 18th I am in danger of Forclosure if I cant cure $5800 by July 31st
I have some of that now but not all - they want the whole amount
#2 - ability to fund an account of about $800 for my youngest daughters Wedding
This is the modified Plan the original plan was twice the amount
#3 - Low Interest Fixed Rate Loan or Grant - $158000
Current Loan is an ARM at 11% - payments w/taxes = $1890 Month
Have Contacted loan modification firms there fee is about $2000
Have Started process to clean credit up but probably not in time to generate funds for wedding for my youngest on Nov 28th.
same daughter is due a baby first week Sept.
As a norm not afraid of much - not true in this case - in my dealings with anyone - I only tell it like it is at the time & then move on.
If youve read this far or started reading from the end like I do sometimes either way
I know if I can just get past this bump in the road I can continue trucking
